A Seat at Mudo
Growing up, some of Chef Happy’s earliest memories are of his grandmother waking him up with Doenjang Jjigae that she made. It was a simple dish, but it carried warmth, care, and a sense of connection around the table. Those moments stayed with him and slowly shaped the way he approaches cooking today.
For Chef Happy, food has always been more than flavour or technique. It is about the feeling it creates and the people it brings together.
In this series, we share the stories behind the people who make Mudo what it is today. This is where the story begins.
